about four o Clock last Tuesday he was in his Loom and hearing
the Screams of some People he went out and found the
Deceased in a Womans ArmsThat Informant
run after the CartThat the Horses were going on
as fast as they could go and the Driver (who was then [..]
the Cart) threw same Bricks Bracks at them as they went on
That mother Person Stop'd themThat the Driver
Desired to go Home with his Team But Informant would
not Suffer him so to doThat he was Charged with an
Officer and afterwards taken before a Justice but Informant
did not go with him there That Informant Knows nothing
of his Name
