James Wright< no role > late of Eagle-Street near to high Holborn
in the Parish of Saint George the Martyr Queens Square in
the County of Middlesex new Clerk to Mr. Lockyer Evett
Attorney of Southwark maketh Oath and Saith that he this
Deponent on Wednesday the eighth Day of this instant July
then Served Mr. Robert Bywater< no role > otherwise Baywater the
Prosecutor in this Cause as this Deponent is Informed and
verily Believes with a Copy of the Notice of Trial which is
hereunto Annexed by Delivering and Leaving the Same to and
with Ann< no role > the Wife of the said Robert Bywater otherwise
Baywater as Aforesaid at the House and Place of Abodd where the
the said Robert Bywater< no role > otherwise Baywater and Ann< no role > his sd.
Wife at this Time then did Live Dwell and Beside as Ledgers &
and at the same Time this Deponent says that the told and
informed Her the said Mrs. Ann Baywater< no role > the Prosecutor's Wife
as Aforesaid with the Contents thereof And the said Ann then did
Inform this Deponent that her Husband was not at Home at
this time but Promissed for to Deliver the said Notice of Trial
as Aforesaid to Him the said Robert Bywater< no role > otherwise
Baywater as Aforesaid when that he shod. or did come Home,
And this Deponent further Says that He told and informed Her the
said Ann Baywater that the said Defendant Mrs.Rose Kenedy
wod. and did Propose and Intend for to Appear at the next General
Sessions which is to be Holden at Hicks's-Hall in Saint Johns-Street
in and for the County as Aforesd. to then Take her Trial to and on the
Indictment which Her said Husband Robert Bywater< no role > otherwise
Baywater as aforesaid had Preferred against Her the said Defendant
Mrs. Rose Kenedy as Aforesaid as on Tuesday the fourteenth day of July Instant
