To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Session of the Peace at
Hicks Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the hand and
Seal of William Kelynge< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster bearing date the
Sixteenth day of May last Sarah Hoey< no role > a Rogue and Vagabond
was conveyed from the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden in
the Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Anne as
the Place of her last legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be aggrieved And against the said Pass
Warrant or Order do Appeal to this Court

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly Pray that
Your Worships will be pleased to Appoint some day
in this present Session for the hearing and determining
of the said Appeal and to Order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Paul
Covent Garden and all Persons concerned do then
Attend this Court.

And Your Petitioners shall Pray Etc
