Stephen Ardesoife< no role > of Chairing
Cross Jeweller taken before
me this 6th.. day of June 1767

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said
Joseph Rowland< no role > for himself saith that on the 28th..
day of May last in the Evening he had feloniously Stolen
out of his House a Silver Tankard now produced and that
a Person who calls himself Michael Farrell< no role > was in
his house that Evening, and this Informant StephenJoseph
Ardesoif< no role > [..] for himself saith that the next Morning
about 9 o' Clock the said Farrell brought to this
Informants Shop the said Tankard for Sale
which he stops having recd. a hand Bill of its
being Stolen
