observed Issued from a small Cut on the back
part of the Deced's Head, Says that the Deced was
helped up by Mr. Swinhoe and this Dept. and put into
a Chair in the Kitchen, when Mr. Swinhoe cut off
some of the Deced's Hair, Washed the Wound on
her Head with Brandy and put some Lint into it, but Deced
continued Speech less, Says that about Twelve o'Clock
Mr. Swinhoe, this Dept. and two Lodges carried the
Deced into her Room on the Second Floor and laid
her upon the Bed, and covered her with Cloaths,and that Mr. Swinhoe went out, and soon returned, saying that he says
that She went to Deced in about half an hour, and
found the Deced upon the Bed Speechless, and about
half an hour after, this Dept. and two Lodgers in said.
House being going to Bed, when they all went into
Deced's Room, and found her Dead, upon the Bed,
Says that she informed Mrs. Ellison therewith, and
that Mr. Swinhoe immediately came up Stairs and
attempted to Bleed the Deced in her right Arm, but she
bled very little, Says that Mr. Swinhoe then cryed out
what shall I do the Woman is Dead and was in great Concern and
afterwards went out with this Dept. to seek for a
Surgeon , Says that no Person was in the Kitchin but
this Dept. Mr. Swinhoe and the Deced, when he struck
her on the face, and that he had nothing in his Hand
at that time, And Says that Mr. Swinhoe and the Deced
had no Quarrel before that which happened last Night
to this Depts. Knowledge and Says that she believes the
Deced to be Sober & in Health at that time, but that she was weak
And Says that she has known the Deced about two Months but
never knew her to have any Fit, and never told any Person that
the Deced had any Fit before, but Said last Night you had better leave her
alone, for she may be in a Fit.

about one Inch in length, and half and Inch in breadth,
