The Information of John Hood< no role > taken before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the sd.
County

Who being on Oath saith that last Night about Ten
O Clock he went into the Red Lyon Ale house in whi [..] pash with a woman, who
calls herself Eliz Wall< no role > and took his Money out of
Pocket and told it and put it into a Glove which
Money was one five Shills & three penny Her in half
a Crower and two shills & three pence and pr [..] the
Glove into his Green Coat side Pocket in the
presence of the sd. Wall and a Man unknown to
him and this Ins came out o the sd house and
wall and the said Man followed him & Joined
him in about twenty Yards Wall being on that
Side of him where his Money was And Soon after
this Just. felt some Accompt (as he apprehend)
to take his money and he directly put his hand [..] in
his pocket and found his Money Gone and he
J [..] dintly Served Wall & Charged her with
P [..] ing his pocket upon wh [..] the Man Attached
him to resume her Out this Ins seconed her & out
her with the hand of a Court & also the Man but
the man was received as he was to her to the
Round Force And this Ins further saith that he
verily ball that they stole his [..] Money & no
other person
