Who being upon Oath says that some time Augt. last She was
in the house of Mr. John Henson< no role >

when a Person
now present who call himself Thomas young< no role >
came in at the back
door and asked for a Tankard of Beer that at this time
She was talking to the said Mr. Hensons Wife that the Tankard
which was Silver was filled and that She saw it carried into the
room to him where he was alone that She staid there some time
until Mr. Henson came home who asked his Wife who [..] was in
the Parlour to which She answered some body that waited forwantedher
Brother meaning Mr. Norton now presents that sd. Mr. Henson
then went into the Parlour and found that Young was gone
and the Tankard likewise says that no Person accept
said Young went into the said Parlour from the time the Tankard was
carried in to the time it was missed
