To all Constables & other Peace Officers within this County
and also to the beare of this Warrant or Precept.

Whereas James Mann< no role > Stands Comitted in the Prison of
our Lord the King of this County Accused of a certain Felony
& grand Larceny in feloniously stealing certain Goods of
Martha Wink< no role > and there upon Stands here indicted upon
the Testimony of Israel Wolf< no role > & Wm Wilford< no role > And Whereas
Complaint hath been made this Day to the Court here
upon the Oath of the said William Wilford< no role > that the
said Marthaasbeing a necessary Witness for our lord the
King without whose testimony there may be a
failure of Justice & the Prisoner may go impunished
edhe did yesterday duly Serve her with his Majesty's
Writ of Subpana issuing out of this Court to Appear [..]
here and testify for our said Lord the King against
the said Prisoner touching the said supposed
Felony and that the said Martha contemptuously
Refused to appear here Or to give any Testimony
in this behalf We His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County present in the General
Session of the Peace here holden by Adjournment
Do therefore Command you and every of you
that you some or one of you on Sight hereof
Apprehend take & attack the said Martha by
her body and bring her before Us in Court here
to testify as aforesaid or else to become bound
to Appear and testify upon the Tryal which
shall be had And further more to do & receive
what shall be awarded here concerning her
for the Contempt above specified And hereof
Fail not at your Peril Given at Hicks Hall
in open Sessions the 2d. of September 1766.
