holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County (by Adjournment) on Fridaythe 5th day of
September in the Sixth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of this
County do pay to Edmond Sutton< no role > the Sum of Six Shillings
for his Charges Expences and loss of time in Prosecuting of William Pratt< no role >
for Felony at this present Session of which he hath been Convicted
