Absolute discharge That the Petitioner had pursuant to the direction of this Court
returned home to his Master last night and praying that he might be discharged from
his said Master And upon hearing of what hath been Alledged by Councel on behalf of
the said Apprentice and also by Council on behalf of the said William Cherry< no role > the
Master the said Master and Apprentice being both present in Court and upon
Examination into the Premisses upon the Oath of the said Apprentice and several
Witnesses This Court doth dismiss the said Petition of the said Apprentice and the
same is hereby Dismissed accordingly And this Court doth Order and require that the said
Apprentice do serve the said Master according to the Covenants in the said
Indenture
