At the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden for
the County of Middlesex of Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said
County (by Adjournment) on Thursday the Nineteenth day of September
in the Fifth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
King of Great Britain.

It is Ordered that the Final hearing and Determining of the matter of an
appeal between the Parish of Saint Anne Westminster and Saint James Clerkenwell
[..] ching the Settlement of Margaret Thomas< no role > [..]
Henry Thomas< no role > who has desired her be Adjourned until the next [..]
Session of the Peace be held for the said County of Middlesex in October next [..]
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint James
Clerkenwell on Notice hereof to be given to them on the mean time and all Persons
concerned do Attend the Court at Hicks on Tuesday the Fifteenth day of October
next by Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon (at which time and place the sa [..]
Session will be holden (by Adjournment) as it is expected hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the Court touching the said Appeal.
