Anthony Hall< no role > of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
Livery Stable Keeper maketh Oath and saith that on Friday the Twenty eighth day
of June last this Deponent did diliver a true copy of the paper writing hereunto
annexed to Mrs. Boult wife of Mr. Boult of Stains in the said County of Middlesex
Cachmaker (at the Dwelling house of the said Mr. Boult at Stains aforesaid he
not being at home) for the said Elizabeth Hinder the prosectrix, which said
Mr. Boult advised the said Elizabeth Hinder to Prosecute the said Defendant
as this Deponent hath been informed and believes and this Deponent further
Saith that on the same day this Deponent did deliver another true copy of the
said paper writing hereunto annexed to Mrs. Gates the Mistress of the work house
at stains aforesaid for the said Elizabeth Hinder< no role > who lived in the said
work house in the month of May last which was her last place of abode that
this Deponent knowns of or can learn And this Deponent saith that he enquired
of the said Mrs. Gates and also of Mr. Gates her husband who is master of the said
workhouse at Stains aforesaid whether they or either of them knew where the
said Elizabeth Hinder< no role > then lived or was to be met with and they both then
declared that they did not neither could they give any account of her or to that
effect and this Deponent further saith that he this Deponent on the said
Twenty eighth day of June aforesaid did make Diligent Inquirey and also
since hath made diligent Inquirey after the said Elizabeth Hinder< no role > but hath
not been able to learn or get any information where she lives or is to be met wth.
