for keeping Disorderly house at the parish of
St. Mary White Chapel at the Prosecution of Jane
Barnet
< no role > & others.

Thomas Brown< no role > the above named Defendant maketh
Oath that he did on Saturday the 6th. of July instant deliver
a True Copy of the paper Writing or Notice of Tryal hereunto
annexed unto the Clerk of Mr Francis Salt< no role > Sollicitour for the
the prosecutors at his House in Lothbury and that he this
Deponent did on Monday Morning last see Mr. Salt at his
said House and who told this Deponent that he had received
the said Notice and accepted it as a good and Sufficient Notice
And this Deponent Saith that he quited the House for which
he was so Indicted on the twentieth day of May last and
hath not since had any property or interest in the said
house
