was removed from the Parish of saint Marry le Bone
in the said County of the said Parish of saint James
within the Liberty of
Westminster
as the Place of the last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners
thought themselves Aggrieved Now the said Appeal coming on this day to be-
heard in the Presence and hearing of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the-
Poor of the said Parish of saint Mary le Bone
and they consenting by their-
Council to the allowing of the said appeal It is Ordered that the said appeal
be and the same is hereby allowed and the said Pass Warrant or Order of the
Said two Justices is hereby Quashed and Vacated And it is further Ordered that
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of he said Parish of Saint James
Westminster
or some or one of them Do forth with Convey and Deliver back the-
said Poor woman (together with a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens-
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
aforesaid or to some
or one of them who are hereby required to receive and provide for her until-
they can Free themselves from the charge thereof by due Course of law.
