parish of saint Martin in the field in the county of Middlesex
Carpenter and Mary his wife
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt unto Richard Cannadine< no role >
in the parish of saint anne within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex Carpenter his
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
