Spinster Maketh Cath and saith that he
this Deponent was this Morning at Saint Thomas Hospital
in the said County of Surry in Company with one Ann Brown< no role >
who at the same time Acquainted this Deponent that she
was a Meterial Witness for the said Mary Ackers< no role > and
without whose testimoney the said Mary Ackers< no role > was
not Safe to go to tryal and this Deponent further Saith
that the said Ann Brown< no role > is not able to Came out of the
said Hospital to Attend this Court without being in
in great Danger of loseing her life as she Informed
this Deponent which Information she verily belives
to be true
