J Nathl. Hart< no role > of Aylesbury Street in the
Parish of St. Johns Clerkenwell

Being Cal'd by the Coroner to Inspect the
Body of Elizth Antwazle< no role > this 4th December instant
upon Inspecting the Body found a Wound on
the superior part: of the Sternum or breast bone
but on raising the Sternum found the Wound to
penetrate the said bone under which was a great
quantity of conjealed blood in the Mediastinum
or Membrane which connects the Heart to the Sternum
or breast bone Likewise found the wound to enter the
Pericardium or bag of the Heart which was also
full of Conjealed blood upon further Inspection
found the right Ventricle of the Heart to be
penetrated and which wound this Depont. believes
to be the immediate cause of the Deceased Death
says he believes the wound to be made by a
Sharp pointed Instrument & comparing and applying
the Point of the Knife produced to the wound believes
that may possibly be the Instrument as it comparres
exactly with it
