The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals
of

and
Thomas Balack< no role >
Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the City and Liberty aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 26th. day of April 1764

deceased was removed from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
to the said
Parish of St. Anne
as the place of her last legal Settlement Whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved And against the
said Order do Appeal to this Court
And humbly Pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal
may be saved unto Your Petitioners untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County And that
your Worships will be Pleased to Appoint some day in the
said next Session for the hearing and determining the
said Appeal And to Order that all Persons concerned
may then and there Attend
And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
