To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the Peace at Hicks Hall Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the hands
and Seals of Philip Dyot< no role > and Stephen Clarke< no role > Esqres. two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the 15th. day of March 1764 Catherine Sargeant< no role > Widow of
Richard Sargeant< no role > deceased was removed from the Parish of St: Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of St. Anne as the
Place of her last Legal Settlement Whereby Your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be Aggrieved And against the said Order do Appeal

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray that this
Worshippfull Court will be pleased to Appoint a day
in this Present Session for the hearing and determining
this Appeal And that all Partys concerned may then
and there Attend.

And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
