& Thomas Sansum< no role > umpires in differenty
chosen between Jeremiah< no role > & Sarah Knapp< no role > & William
Marks< no role > having deliberately heard, considered
& understood the griefs, allegations and proofs
of both the said partys and be willing as
much as in us lieth to sett the said party's
at unity and good accord. do by these presents
arbitrate award order deem decree and Judge
that the Jerh & Sam Knapp< no role > and Wm Marks< no role >
shall cease causing on any suit or suits that are
new commenced against each other but do
now stop & cease upon this our award, that is to
say that each party shall sett down a their
Seperate cost and charges as they & each of
them shall have been at In tertimony hereof
we have here unto Set our hands this fourth day
