John Jacobs Prunk< no role > being bound over to appear at the
Session held in January last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose
it became forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of
Exchequer , in Order to the issuing of Process thereon against
you for levying the Penalty; Unless, by Appearance and
proper Application to stay Proceedings thereon at the next
Session, which will begin at Westminster-Hall ,Thursday Monday the
30th. Instant, the Estreat shall be respited by the Court
