Session held in January last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose
it became forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of
Exchequer
, in Order to the issuing of Process thereon against
you for levying the Penalty; Unless, by Appearance and
proper Application to stay Proceedings thereon at the next
Session, which will begin at Westminster-Hall
,Thursday Monday the
30th. Instant, the Estreat shall be respited by the Court
