Instant to take Charge of One Belfour the Driver of a Cart
for running over a Child at the end of Church Street in Bethnall Green
aforesaid That he did accordingly take Charge of him (this Informant being a Headborough) And afterwards there Came to this [..] informants at the Turkish
Slave aforesaid One William Davis< no role > of York Strat in the said
Parish of Saint Mathew Bethnall green Huckster And this
Informant having asked him about the [..] Transaction and whose Cart
it was the said Davis told this Informant that the said Cart
And One or both of the Horses to the best of this Informants
Remembrance werethebelonging to him the said Davis
