the dispats between Mrs. Hagrave & the deced was began
before he came inall that he saw wasThat he saw Mrs.
Hargrave take up the Tap room Poker & strike the deced over
the head with it as she sat upon the Benchthiates the
Blow to be an the right side of her headhe went out

Bull & Butcher & complain'd her Husband had beat her & that two
of her Ribs were broke on her left side [..] she [..] ted them wth.

poker by Mrs. Hargroveshe did not hear the words spatae
but the deced told her she toldthe decedMrs. Hargrave that
her own Sat was to whose her Husbands own Danr & that this caused
theBloodBlow on the headSays the decedsheshe believes
bled a quart of Blood & always complain'd of her RibsThat
she Eingered & was out of her Serves by a Fever from the Sunday
before she died wch. was on the Tuesday abt. 9 at Nightthat
she thot. the deced was in a good State of Health before she
complain'd of her Ribs & Thiates the Fevar owing to the Wounds
& Braises & heard the deced Say she laid her death both to Mrs.
Hargrave & Mullford & hop'd some Friend wch. soe her righted
Says she Nurs'd the deced & always attended his from the first time
