and others for a Misdemeanor in his Office of Headborough
by willingly suffering Richard Crawley< no role > who is indicted at
this present Session of Oyer and Terminer for Felony and
Forgery and whom he the said Thomas Barrow< no role > had taken
into his Custody by Virtue of his Office and at the Request of
the said Thomas Oakley< no role > the prosecutor Is committed to the
Custody of the Keeper of New Prison for want of Bail to
answer what shallshouldbe objected against him at the next
Session touching the premises.
