Notice


James Wright< no role > standing indicted for a Trespass and Assault having
pleaded not guilty thereto and being now surrendered by his
Bail is committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County
and referred to the Justices Sitting by Rotation in Holborn
Division to take good Bail for his personal Appearance to
prosecute his Traverse within one of the three first Days
of the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden
in and for this County and not to depart the Court without
License 9. and to give twitice of putting in Bail to Saunders Welch< no role > Esquire and when delivered to pay his Fees.

Joseph Dove< no role > being surrendered by his Bail upon a Recognizance to
answer the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint James Westminster for refusing to
maintain and provide for Elizabeth his Wife whereby she is
become chargeable to the said Parish contrary to the Statute Etc
is committed to New Prison at Clerkenwell in this County until he
shall find Sufficient Suretys before the Justices sitting by Rotation
in Holborn Division to take good Bail for his personal Appearance
to answer the Promises, and that four and twenty Hours Notice of
putting in such Bail be given to the said Churchwardens and
Overseers and then to be discharged paying his Fees.

King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in the said County onMonday the tenthMonday the fifth Day of
December 1763.

Elizabeth Oldfield< no role > being convicted of an Indictment found against
her for a Misdemeanor fined twelve Pence Committed to New Prison at
Clerkenwell in this County there to be imprisoned for the Space of
threesix Months now next ensuing and within that [..]
stand upon the Pillory facing Grays's Inn Gate in Holborn
in this County for the Space of one Hour between the Hours
of Eleven and One in the Day time on such Day as the
Sheriff of this County shall appoint and then to be discharged
paying said Fines and Fees
