on the prosecution of Sarah welch< no role > for an assault

William Heyle< no role > of the parish of Saint James of the County of Middlesex
Gentleman maketh oath and saith that he not only Inquired after
the said prosecutrix at the house of one his [..] Lanes near
Leicester Fields the place of abode of the said
prosecutrix which place she lives at when the preferred
the said bill of Indictment against the said Dependant
but that having received a Notice lately from Mr
Jefferson he this Deponent applyed to Mr. wall an
attorney who acley as Sollicitor for the said prosecutrix
and Inquired of him where she was to be found or
heard of but the said Mr. wall made answer that she
was gone way and he could not tell where or to that Effect
but it that it this Deponent woad give him six Guineas
he wou'd give a Discharge
