Take notice that he Deft Wm. Hyde< no role > having pleaded aplea of
Misnomen in the above Cause, at the last Session of the peace held
for the County of Middx at Hicks's Hall in St. John's Street to the
Indictmr. preferred by you agt. the sd. William Hyde< no role > by the name
of Francis Hide< no role > , And unless the Clk of the peace on or before the sd. County
of Middx do Reply to the said Plea on or before the 3d. day in the
next Session being the 8th. day of December Instant, the Court
will be moved to quash the said Indictmt. Dated the 4th.
