The Comittee proceeded on the Book of Orders
went thro' the Book and several Orders were
Read from the Written Books from which the
Collection was made some were alter'd by the
Comittee others were order'd to be omitted as of
little Use therein and some others thot. necessary
to be made as by the index annex'd and
to be properly Classed.

To be Recomended to the next Session to make a new
Standg Committee for the Hay market (that in printed
Collection is not the last

I Jefferson directed to make up a Book of the
Orders & Abstracts agreed as on by the Index and such others as Mr.
Welch shall approve on to be laid before the
Comee at their next Meeting
