At the General Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hick's Hall in St. John Street
in the Said County by adjournment on
Saturday the Twenty ninth Day of May 1762
in the 2d. Year of the Reign of King George
the Third

Whereas James Braybrook< no role > This name instance is in set 3582. was and Stood
Bound with Pledges Namely John Jackson< no role >
And Benjamin Lane< no role > in a Recognizance for
his Personal Appearance in October Sessions
Last to plead to a Bill of Indictment
Against him for keeping a Disorderly
House in the Parish of Saint Mary White
Chapel and not appearing Pursuant to
such Condition the Said Recognizance
became For field for his Default and was ordered
to be Estreated into his Majesty's Exchequer
Now upon Application of Mr. Lane of
Council for the Said James Braybrook< no role > and
his Bail It is Ordered by this Court that the
Estreating of the Said Recognizance be respited
until further Order shall be made Concerning
the Same unless Mary Low< no role > the Elder the
Prosecutrix of the Said Indictment Shall on
or before Wednessday in the next Session
Shew Cause to the Court to the Contrary the
Said James Braybrook< no role > having been
Since Convicted and Received Judgment
upon the Said Indictment
