The King agt. James Braybrooke< no role >

Mary Lowe< no role > the Prosecutrix in this Cause maketh Oath and
Sayth that in June Session 1761. She this Dept. Preferred a Bill
of Indictment agt. the said Deft James Braybrooke< no role > for a
Nusance in keeping an ill governed and disorderly house in the
Parish of St. Mary White Chapel in the County of Middx which
by the then Grand Jury was found a true Bill and the said Deft
at that time being under Bail for his Appearance at the said
Session made Default therein and forfieted his Recognizance
which the Court Ordered to be Estreated and afterward before Mr.
Pell the said Deft entred into a fresh Recognizance with Bail for
his Appearance at the then next September Session But the sd.
Deft again made Default and forfieted his said Second Recognizance
which the then Court also Ordered to be Estreated and afterward at Sir
John Fielding< no role > s the said Deft entred into another fresh
Recognizance for his Appearance at the then next October Session
following But the said Deft again made Default and forfieted his
said third Recognizance which the then Court also Ordered to be
Estreated and [..] the Bail in the said third Recognizance were
John Jackson< no role > one of Defts former Bail and One Benjamin Lane< no role > a Sheriffs Officer for the said County of
Middx to the best of this Depts. Recollection and belief and who
(meaning Benjamin Lane< no role > ) on or about the third day of the said October was in Company with
the said Deft and as this Dept. was looking out at her own
Window the said Deft called out to her and sayd you Bitch i'll
dor for you for i'll never give it upto you and the said Lane
directly Joined with Deft in abusive Language towards her this Dept. and
Sayd he would Spend two hundred Pounds before she should
