The Information of Ann Cooley< no role > and Rob Hull< no role > taken before
the one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the sd.
County

Who being sevd. on Oath say & first this Ins Ann Cooley< no role > for herself
saith That she had stole from her Husband one Hint & two
pair of Sheeoes & two Neck cloths and this Justices puting a person now present who calls herself Cath Bayley
who lived Sert. with this Ins: Steady the same the Apprehended her
and she then Confessed then he had pawned the sd. things with
the other Inst. & say'd that she was sent with the sd. thing
by the sd. Mr Ann Cooley< no role > which this Ins absolutly denys
And for the saith That she never knew of the sd. things
being taking out of her House nor of the Powering of them
directly or Indirectly till she found them at the other Inst
on Tuesday last And this Ins Rob Hull< no role > for himself saith
that he took into pawn of the sd. Cath Bay< no role > by about Ten
Months ago the sd. Shirt & other things [..] sd. as above and
then Ins. Ann Cooley< no role > for herself saith that the sd Goods
now produced by the other Ins. are the property of her
husband andthestore from him as the belt: by the sd. Cathn.
