says the Fact he saw was over in half a Minutes

That last Wednesday Evening abt. ¼ after Eight he
was in Compa. wth. Mr. Astie at his Door & observ'd
the Husband as he Thinks in Liquor to pass by & went
up to his Wife the deced, but heard no Words, says
he saw Blows several, given by the Husband to the
decedshe was prevented from filling by the Blows
by the persons abt. hersays he sd. to Mr. Astie, there
was going to be a Battle & presently he observ'd
Cart leaded wth. deal passing down Rosemary Lane
That the Carman was carefuly driving & on the
right side of his Horses, & the deced was standing
with her Face towards her Husband, & [..] her
back towds. the Cart that he saw the Husband
with his Fiststrikestrike his wife on the Breast
& she fell agt. the Edge of the Wheel & she fell
to the Ground & the Wheel went ever her Loins
& up towards the shouldersaw the Husband [..]
the Carman & charge him will running ever
