legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
to be Aggrieved It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the
said Appeal be Saved unto the said Petitioners and that the hearing
and determining of the Matter of the said Appeal be and the same
is hereby Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn
above the Bars
upon Notice of this Order and all Persons concerned
do Attend the Court of the said Next General Quarter Session of the Peace
to be holden for the said County of Middx by Adjournment On Wednesday
the Twenty First Day of October Next at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
to hear and Abide the Judgment and determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal.
