exhibit their Petition and Appeal to the Court Thereby setting forth That by a

Years were removed from and out of the Hamlet of Mile end old Town
Stepney

the said county of Middx unto the Hamlet of Mile End New Town
aforesaid as
the Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves
aggrieved Which Appeal has been duly adjourned unto this day Now upon
hearing of the said Petition and Appeal And what was Alledged by Mr. Me. Pheadres< no role >
of Councel
for the Appellants And by Mr Lane of Councell for the Respondents And also of
the respective Churchwardens and Overseers of the said Hamlets and their Witnesses
touching the Premisses This Court doth Allow of the said Appeal And doth
Vacate and Discharge the aforesaid Warrant or Order of the said two Justices of
the Peace And the same Warrant or Order is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly
And this Court doth further Order that the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Hamlet of Mile End New Town
do forthwith Convey and Deliver the aforesaid Hannah

and her said three Children unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Hamlet of Mile End Old Town
or one of them with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required to
receive and Provide for the said Hannah Simson< no role >
