That your Petr. is a poor Woman and goes out to Labour
by which she gets a Livelihood & on Fryday last yor Petr
preferred a Bill of Indictmt. against Mary Mackinteer< no role > for
Stealing from your Petr. a Shift to the Value of 3s: the Prisoner
was Convicted of sd. Felony this day.

Wherefore your Petr. most humbly prays that
she may be Allowed what she has Expended in
the prosecuting the Prisoner as she has
Expended in the said prosecution upwards of
20 Shillings besides looseing her place at Which
she was a Nurse
