To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex

The Humble petition of the Overseers of the
poor of the precinct of St. Catherine in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by an Order of removal bearing date the
thirteenth day of November last past Under the Hand
and Seals of Christopher Scott< no role > and Thomas Smith< no role >
Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the peace -
for the said County of Middlesex aforesaid Ann
Elliott
< no role > Widow of Edward Elliott< no role > deceased and her three
Children (to wit) Edward < no role > aged about six years Mary < no role >
aged near three years and Martha < no role > aged about Ten Month
were removed from the parish of St. John Wapping
in the said County of Middlesex to the precinct of
St. Catherines in the said County

That your Petitioners apprehending
themselves agrieved by the said Order of removal
do humbly appeal against the same and pray
that a Day in this present Sessions may be fixed
for the hearing and determining of the said
appeal

And your petitioners shall ever pray Etc
