The Information of Ely Hawkins< no role > & James Haygarth< no role >
the him before me one of his Majestys Justice
of the peace for the said County.

Who being upon Oathsaithsay & first this Ins Eliz Hawkins< no role >
for hereof saith That one DianaMary Seaford< no role > rented a ready
furnished Lodging of this Ins Husband and about a week
ago the Ins discoverd to have been taking from the sd Lodging
at sheet Two Blanketts Two Curtains a find or & Other
things and the sd. Diana being Charged therewith she
confessed the taking & the same & pawing them with the
other Ins And this Ins James Haygarth for himself
saith that he took into pawn of the sd Diana in the
Name ofDiana Mary Hetchin< no role > the sd. that Blanketts
come custans [..] now produced by him And the sd.
Ely Hawkins further saith that the sd. things now Produce
by the other Ins are the property of this Ins Husband
and as she hils taking out of the sd. Lodgings by
the sd. Diana Mary Seaford
