The Information of Mathew Simcox< no role > and Sam Spencer< no role >
taken before me one of his Majestys Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who being severally on Oath says card first this Inf Mathew
Simcox< no role > for himself saith That he had stole from him a
sheet & Two Shirts & a Neckcloth and thereon Apprehended
one Eliz Parramore< no role > who confessed the takeing the same
& the Pawning 'em with the other Inf And this If Sam
Spencer< no role > for himself saith that he took into pawn a Sheet
& Two Shirts & neckcloth now produced by him of the sd.
Elis. And the sd Mathew for himself said that the sd Sheet Shirts &
Neckcloth now produced by the other Inf in this Inf.
Property & stole from him as afsd.
