The Information of Jane Philby< no role > of Eling Widow
Taken before me this 7th.. day of July 1760

Who being on Oath says that was present at a Pond in the Parish
of Eling aforesaid when the Body of Elizabeth Odell< no role > supposed to
have been Murdered was found, says that she saw at that place
a Person now present who calls himself Wm. Taylor son to
the Deceased, says that at the time when the Body was found
as aforesaid she heard the said Wm.. Taylor< no role > say, that his Father
in Law Wm.. Odell< no role > came home soon after his Mother went out
of Tuesday the 17th. in the Evening of June last, with a woman
to shew her the way to Hanger Lane , that his said Father in-
Law Wm.. Odell< no role > not finding his Mother at home, asked the said
Wm. Taylor where she was gone and that the said Wm.. Taylor< no role > sold him
she was gone with a woman to shew her the Way to Hanger Lane
