Your Petitioner therefore humbly
prays your Worships to Order him to be
discharged from the said Indenture
whereby he is so bound to the said
William Bagley< no role > as Aforesaid Or that
your Worships will be pleased to
make such other order in the Premesses
as to you shall seem Meet

And your Petitioner shall pray Etc.

At the Genl. Session of the Peace of our sovereign Lord the
King holden for the County Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
is the County aforesaid on Tuesday the Twentieth Day of May
in the Thirty Third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George
the Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Within named William
Bagley
< no role > have Notice of this Petition and that he and all [..] persons
concerned to attend this Court on Fryday next at the hour of time
is the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the Same Court touching the Matters contained is the said
Petition.
