The Information of Saml Green< no role > & Ann Quin< no role > taken before
me one of his Majestys Justices of the pence for the
said County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Ins Saml Green< no role > for himself saith That on Sunday Night
last he was picked up by a Person now Present. who calls
herself Mary Wilson< no role > and continued in her Company till
last Night when and Person now Present who calls herself
Mary Don [..] came in to his Company and desired this Jus
to go to her Lodgings which he did in Company with her
and the sd Wilson and when this Ins went to bed he
took his Silver Shoe & Rowe backle out of his Shoos
& breeches and put on in to his Waistcoat Pockett
and for further Security put his Waistcoat under the
bolster and the sd. Women lay down on the bed by
this Ins and soon afterwards the sd Women sayd that
they [..] fetch some beer & both went away and the sd
Mary Wilson< no role > did not return and when the other returned
which she did in above an hour this Ins having missed
his Backles Charged her there with but the sd Do was
denyed the knowing anything of them And this Ins
Ann Quin< no role > for herself saith that about Eleven O Clock
Last Night the sd. Wilson & Downs came to this Ins and the
sd. Mary Wilson< no role > then sd Produced a Pair of Silver Shoe Buckles &
a Knee Buckle to this Ins & the sd. Mary Downs< no role > entred this Ins
if she wod buy [..] And the sd. Mary Downs< no role > then sayd that her
husband had Gave Fifteen Shills for them at Ports month & wanted
a Dram & asked this Ins to let her have a Dram and Except the
Knee Buckle for a Pledge till she paid for it which this Ins
[..] And this Ins Saml Green< no role > for himself saith that the sd [..]
Buckle now produced by the other Ins is his Property and
as he bels. Stole as of sd. by them the sd Mary Wilson< no role > & D [..]
