before me one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the sd County

Who being severally on Oath say & first this Jus Ely Jones
for herself saith that last Night she discovered to have been
stole from her a Cloak an Apren a Shirt and diverse
other Kings and the Ins suspecting a Person nor present
who colls herself Mary Rositer< no role > who was Servant to
this Ins to have stole the same she Charged her there with
and She confessed the sd. Felony & the [..] some of the things but refused to tell
with whom And this Ins Judith Cosprove for herself
saith that last Night the sd. Mary came to this Ins in
the Name of her Mistress the other Ins and demanded
half a Crown which this Ins owed to the other Ins and
Ins then saw the sd. Clock and Apron charged to be
stole by the other Ins on the Body of the sd. Mary
whereupon this Ins stoped her and sent for the other
Ins and this Ins Eliz Jones< no role > for herself saith that
the sd. Cloak & Apron is her properly and as she
