Witnesses on the Behalf of his Majesty in this Cause
andSaith that the said Mary Moore< no role > and John Weeley< no role >
are now in Staffordshire as this Dept. verily bels
and this Dept. further saith that She Cannot as she is
adviced Safely proceed to prefer a Bill of Indictment agt
the said John Davis< no role > for the said Felony without the
Testimony of the saidSarah Mary Moore< no role > and John Weeley< no role >
and that She verily believes they will both be in London
against the next Sessions of the Peace to be holde in
for this County
