Take Notice that Jintend Personally to be and Appear at the next Generall
Quarter Session of the Peace to be holden by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in the County of Middlesex on Tuesday the twenty seventh day of June
Instant at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day and then and there
Plead not Guilty and take my Tryal on the Indictment in this Cause Dated the
