That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under

(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 8th. day of
June 1758

Infant aged about five Years Children of David and
Sarah Nichols< no role >
both deceased were removed from the Parish of Saint James
within
the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish
of Saint Mary Le Bone
in the County of Middlesex
as the Place of
their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners think
themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against the same
Therefore Humbly pray this Court will please
to appoint time for hearing and determining the
said Appeal and that all persons concerned may
then attend.
