To the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. James ,
within the Liberty of Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex : And to
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary le bone
in the County of Middlesex aforesaid and to
each and Every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us,
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
City & Liberty of Westminster . aforesaid (One whereof
being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St James That
Jacob an Infant aged about Seven Years and
David an Infant aged about five Years Children
of David & Sarah Nichols< no role > both deceased have

lately intruded and come into the said Parish of St. James ,
and are become Chargeable to the same. We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premisses upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be
true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal Settle-
ment of the said Jacob< no role > & David Nichols< no role > to be in
the Parish. of St Mary lebone in The County
of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in this Majesty's Name, to require
you on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Jacob & David Nichols
from and out of your said Parish of St. James , to the said
Parish of St Mary lebone
and them deliver unto the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are here-
by required to receive and provide for them according to
Law. Given under our Hands and Seals this 8th. Day
of June1758.
