The Jurors for an Lord the King upon their Oath present
That William Daggen< no role > late of the parish of St. George in the
County of Middx Yeoman on the Third Day of December in
the Thirty first year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord
George the Second King of Great Britain Etc with force and
Arms at the Parish aforesaid in the County aforesaid in
and upon one Priscilla Wife of James Mayhew< no role > in the
peace of God and our said Lord the King then and there
being did make an Assault and her the said Priscilla< no role >
then and there did beat wound and ill treat so that of
her Life it was greatly despaired and other wrongs to
the said Priscilla< no role > then and there did To the great Damage
of the said Priscilla and against the peace of our said
Lord the King his Crown and Dignity
