Whereas
Jane Cullen< no role >
a Rogue & Vagabond
was found wandering abroad and begging in the
Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
in the said
Liberty not having a Legal Settlement there,
And Whereas the said
Jane Cullen< no role >
was brought
before me one of his Majestys Justices of the peace
for
the City and Liberty
aforesaid (by
John Scurrier< no role >
) in
order to be dealt with according to Law.
These are therefore to require you the said
High Constable
to pay unto the said John Scurrier< no role >
for apprehending the said Vagrant the Sum of
Ten Shillings, pursuant to the Statute in that case
made and provided, Given under my Hand and
Seal this 17th: day of December 1757.
