on the Day and Year aforesaid and in the Parish Aforesaid, One Quartern
Loaf, Four Ounces deficient in Weight, Contrary to the Statute in that
can made and provided, And She the Said Susannah having made Oath
of the Same before me, And the Said Quartern Loaf being produced and
weighd by me the Same was found four Ounces Short of its due weight
And having heard the said Joseph Finden if he had any thing to say why
he Should not be convicted of the Premises as Charged against him inform
aforesaid, And he not having Offerd any thing Materiall in his Defence
It is therefored Adjudged by me the Said Justice that he the Said
