was removed from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
in the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid to the said Parish of St. Margaret

as the place of [..] her last legal Settlement And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Mr. Mr. Pheadris of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of [..]

This Court by
consent of Mr. Lane of Council for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
doth allow of the said Appeal and doth
vacate and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and
the same is hereby vacated and discharged accordingly And this Court doth Order
that the Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Margaret Westminster
do
forthwith convey and deliver the said Mary Musgrove< no role >
to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
or one of them
with a Copy of this Order who are hereby required to receive the said Mary Musgrove< no role >
into their Care and to provide for her according to Law.
